Pacer Universal Flange Sealant (FG08030) is a 50ml gasket-maker designed to replace pre-cut paper, cork, and rubber gaskets on rigid flange joints. It cures in place to form a flexible, fuel-resistant seal that conforms to surface irregularities the original gasket cannot.

Where to Use Pacer Universal Flange Sealant

Typical applications include automotive engine assembly (valve covers, oil pans, timing covers, water pumps), small engine and powersports service, industrial pump and gearbox flange repairs, and any rigid-flange joint where a cured-in-place gasket is preferred over a cut gasket. Apply a continuous bead around the inside of the bolt pattern, assemble within the working time, and torque to spec. The cured film resists most common engine oils, transmission fluids, and fuels, which makes it a flexible solution when the original gasket cannot be sourced.
