Description
Permabond® 105 is a fast-setting, low-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive designed for bonding hard-to-bond surfaces, including natural and synthetic rubbers, EPDM, butyl rubber, and various plastics. This high-purity formula provides instant adhesion, strong shear strength, and excellent environmental resistance, making it ideal for industrial, automotive, and manufacturing applications.
This single-component adhesive cures rapidly at room temperature when pressed into a thin film between parts. It meets MIL-SPEC MIL-A-46050C Type II, Class 1, ensuring compliance for aerospace, military, and industrial applications.
For customers looking for alternatives to Loctite® 406, 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PR600, or Permatex® Plastic Bonding Super Glue, Permabond 105 provides a highly effective, fast-curing solution.

- Sealing and reinforcing industrial components
- Automotive, aerospace, and military applications
- Medical device and electronic assembly
Directions for Use
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and grease-free. Use acetone or isopropanol for best results.
- Apply Permabond 105 sparingly to one surface only.
- Quickly align and press components together. Apply even pressure to ensure a thin, even adhesive film.
- Hold in place for 5-15 seconds until initial bond forms.
- Allow 24 hours for full strength development.
- For difficult or porous surfaces, use Permabond CSA or QFS 16 Activator.
🔹 Note: For bonding polypropylene, polyethylene, PTFE, or silicone, use Permabond Polyolefin Primer (POP) before applying adhesive.
