Description
Permabond® ET510 is a two-part, 1:1 mixable epoxy adhesive engineered for high-strength bonding and structural assembly across metals, composites, ceramics, and plastics. Its semi-flexible, toughened formula offers superior impact, peel, and shear strength—ideal for demanding industrial and assembly applications.
The adhesive cures quickly at room temperature, reaching handling strength in 20–40 minutes and full cure in 72 hours. Once cured, ET510 provides excellent chemical and environmental resistance, ensuring long-term performance even in challenging conditions.

Surface Preparation
Surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of grease or contaminants. Light abrasion and degreasing (with acetone or isopropanol) improve bond strength, especially for metals such as aluminum or copper.
Directions for Use
-
Insert cartridge into a compatible dispensing gun.
-
Purge until both components flow evenly, then attach static mixer.
-
Apply adhesive to one surface and assemble within 10–20 minutes.
-
Clamp or hold parts for approximately 40 minutes until handling strength develops.
-
Allow to cure for 72 hours at room temperature or accelerate with mild heat.
