Description
The White version of Plexus MA560-1 offers an exceptionally long working time and superior structural bonding performance for thermoplastics, composites, coated metals, and prepared raw metals. With a 55–70 minute open time, this adhesive is specifically engineered for large-scale assemblies, where extended alignment and precise placement are required.
MA560-1 dispenses as a thixotropic, non-sag gel, easily filling gaps up to 1 inch (25 mm) while maintaining outstanding toughness, fatigue resistance, and impact strength. The white color makes this version ideal for light-colored substrates, inspections, or applications where a lighter bond line is preferred.
