Description
The Cox PPM 150 is a manual two-component cartridge gun that dispenses 300 mL dual cartridges in 1:1 and 2:1 mix ratios. It is built for medium and high viscosity adhesives and sealants, driving both parts of the cartridge at once so the material reaches the static mixer at the correct ratio. The 18:1 mechanical advantage means steady output without fighting the trigger.
Where the Cox PPM 150 is used
Fabrication shops and field crews reach for the Cox PPM 150 when they run structural acrylics, epoxies, and methacrylates packaged in 300 mL side-by-side cartridges. The same gun covers both 1:1 (150 mL by 150 mL) and 2:1 (150 mL by 75 mL) cartridges, so one tool handles two of the most common two-part formats on the bench. That makes it a practical single purchase for a shop that runs more than one adhesive brand or chemistry through the week.
How the Cox PPM 150 performs
The handle is cast, epoxy-coated aluminum on an epoxy-coated steel frame, with a sintered alloy catch plate and a wear-compensating drive for a long service life. Maximum thrust is 3.5 kN, enough to push thick filled adhesives through a mixing nozzle in cold conditions. Weight is about 3.3 lb, so it stays comfortable through a full shift of dispensing. The trigger geometry and catch plate are tuned so each pull advances the plungers a consistent amount, which helps lay a uniform bead along long bond lines.
