Description

TensorGrip P300 is a high temperature general purpose contact adhesive that sprays an even coat and grabs fast for production bonding. It reaches roughly 80 percent of final strength on contact and full strength within 24 hours, with high heat resistance over 220 F that holds the bond where assemblies warm in service. The spray format covers large areas quickly with strong green strength.

Where TensorGrip P300 is used

Cabinet, countertop, and panel shops bond high-pressure laminate, veneers, cork, and decorative surfaces with it. It also joins foam, insulation, fiberglass, and many plastics, which makes it a general workhorse across fabrication and upholstery work. The long open time lets an operator coat both faces and stage several parts before mating, while the high tack seats the bond as soon as the surfaces meet under pressure.

How TensorGrip P300 performs

Spray a uniform coat on both surfaces, let the adhesive flash until it is tacky to a light touch, then bring the parts together and apply firm, even pressure across the joint. It dries fast and builds a durable bond that resists heat and holds through service. Because it develops most of its strength immediately, parts can move down the line without long clamp times. Keep the canister at room temperature for the most consistent spray pattern and tack development, and store it upright between runs to protect the valve.
