Description
TensorGrip P310 is a high-solids pressure sensitive spray contact adhesive for large-area shop and field bonding. Tensor describes P310 as fast drying, long tack, high peel strength, and repositionable, with one-sided or two-sided application depending on the bond strength needed.
TensorGrip P310 Applications
Use this canister adhesive for foam, fabric, insulation, plywood, panel goods, and other fabrication substrates that benefit from fast spray coverage and a long open assembly window. It works well when parts may need to be lifted, shifted, or aligned before final pressure is applied. That makes it useful for cabinetry, transportation interiors, sign work, construction panels, and general manufacturing cells that need a pressure sensitive bond rather than a rigid structural adhesive.
TensorGrip P310 Process Notes
- Apply through the recommended portable spray system for shop or field use.
- Spray one or both surfaces based on the permanency and peel strength required.
- Allow the adhesive to dry to tack before mating the parts.
- Apply firm pressure over the full bond area after positioning.
- Protect the canister and hose setup from heat, sparks, and ignition sources.
Selection Fit
This product is best for tack, coverage, and assembly flexibility. It is not a gap-filling structural adhesive, so the surfaces should fit closely and receive even pressure after contact. Tensor literature notes aggressive tack, fast coverage over large areas, long open assembly time, repositionability, and strong peel performance. Keep one gun and hose set assigned to this adhesive family when possible, and label the canister area so crews do not cross-connect materials between jobs. Keep operators from spraying over dust or loose fibers, since debris can reduce contact and leave weak spots after pressure is applied.
