Description
Sabatack 760 XL HT is a one-component, moisture-curing MS polymer adhesive and sealant built for high initial tack and high final strength. The extra-high-tack formula grabs vertical and overhead parts fast, so windows and panels hold position with minimal fixturing while the bond cures elastic. It is solvent-free, free of silicones and isocyanates, and stays permanently flexible after cure.
Where Sabatack 760 XL HT fits
This adhesive is made for professional window bonding and sealing in vehicle, bus and coach, rail, and marine assembly. The high-tack body and long open time let crews place mineral glass and synthetic windows, hold them, and seal the perimeter in one pass. A wide bonding spectrum means it adheres to many substrates without a separate primer step in many cases. Crews working glass and metal facades, transit panels, and hull fittings rely on the fast grab to hold heavy parts in place while they move on to the next station.
How Sabatack 760 XL HT performs
The MS polymer chemistry cures with ambient moisture into a tough, elastic bond that flexes with panel movement and thermal cycling. It resists UV and weathering for outdoor and transit service, and it carries good temperature resistance for joints that see engine, sun, or process heat. Very high viscosity keeps the bead standing where it is laid, even on overhead seams.
