Sikaflex Primer 260 is a single-component urethane adhesion promoter packaged in a 1 pint can for shop and field use ahead of Sikaflex sealant and adhesive work. The Sikaflex Primer 260 covers the most common urethane bonding situations where a substrate would not develop a long-term bond without primed prep, and is used by transportation, marine, sign, and architectural crews working with Sikaflex two-part and one-part urethane systems.

Coverage and Use Notes

Sika lists typical coverage of 300 to 500 linear feet per pint on a 1/2 in by 1/2 in joint, depending on substrate porosity. Verify substrate compatibility with the Sika primer chart, since some substrates need a different Sika primer (such as 209 or 429) instead.
