Description
The CVT-560 vinyl floor marking tape is a 5 mil solid white film backed by an aggressive rubber adhesive, made to lay down a crisp, durable boundary on concrete, sealed, and painted shop floors. The solid color carries all the way through the film, so scuffs and traffic wear do not expose a different base layer.
Where the vinyl floor marking tape works
Use it to stripe aisles and walkways, mark safety zones around equipment, lay out traffic lanes in a warehouse, and set spacing markers on a plant floor. It also lines out 5S and lean work cells where a painted line would be slow to apply and hard to move. Crews use it to flag temporary hazards, cordon off wet-coating areas during a shutdown, and color-code routes for forklifts and pedestrians. The white film reads clearly against gray concrete and dark coatings for high visibility under plant lighting.
How the vinyl floor marking tape holds up
The 5 mil solid vinyl resists abrasion from foot traffic, pallet jacks, and cart wheels, and it conforms to minor floor texture so the edges stay down. The rubber adhesive grips quickly on clean, dry surfaces and peels back without leaving the heavy residue that thin marking films tend to shed. On smooth sealed concrete the bond sets within minutes of a firm hand pass, and the film takes repeated cleaning without lifting at the edges.
