The 3 in by 18 yd roll combines a readable waiting message with a high-traction surface for non-porous floors.
Where social distancing floor tape is used
This tape helps a facility mark where people should pause before entering a work area, approaching a counter, or moving into a service line. The printed face makes the instruction visible at floor level, while the textured waterproof plastic surface adds grip in normal foot-traffic areas. Use it on clean sealed concrete, tile, metal, and other prepared non-porous surfaces in warehouses, retail counters, schools, clinics, government buildings, and manufacturing plants.
Good installation starts with the floor, not the roll. Sweep and clean the placement area, remove oils or waxes, and let the surface dry before applying the strip. Press the full width into place, especially at the leading edge where foot traffic will first contact the tape. Avoid rough, broken, dusty, or constantly wet surfaces. Replace sections when the message becomes difficult to read, the edge lifts, or the traction surface no longer gives the facility the visual control it needs. Keep extra roll length available for high-traffic entrances that need periodic refresh.
