Description
UltraLok 420-1 in the 50 mL cartridge is intended for testing, validation, repair, and low-volume bonding applications. It is a two-part, flexibilized structural methacrylate adhesive designed for bonding metals, composites, fiberglass, and engineered plastics with minimal surface preparation.
This formulation features a 10:1 mix ratio and contains no glass beads, allowing for thin bond lines and maximum surface contact. UltraLok 420-1 develops handling strength quickly at room temperature while maintaining flexibility to accommodate vibration and thermal expansion between bonded substrates.
The 50 mL size is commonly used for application trials, sample builds, field repairs, and situations where controlled dispensing and reduced material waste are required.
UltraLok 420-1 is also available in 250 mL, 500 mL, and 825 mL cartridges for higher-volume production and continuous assembly operations.
