Description
UltraLok UL5420 is a two-part, room temperature curing epoxy hybrid adhesive designed for structural bonding of metals, ceramics, and most plastics
It cures to a tough, semi-rigid material with high shear and tensile strength. UL5420 is formulated in a 2:1 mix ratio for use in side-by-side cartridges, hand mixing, or meter mix equipment.
This system is commonly selected for structural metal bonding where strength, environmental resistance, and controlled working time are required.

Application and Handling Notes

Bring both components to room temperature prior to mixing

Mix 2 parts A to 1 part B thoroughly for 30–60 seconds

Handling strength is typically achieved in approximately 2 hours at 75°F

Full cure properties develop within 24–48 hours

Elevated temperatures may accelerate final cure
