Description
The Xemex F8-8S static mixer is an 8.7 mm, 8-element mixing tip built for 1:1 and 2:1 ratio two-component cartridges. It fits the F-System cartridge connection and uses a PETG insert inside a rigid housing to blend resin and hardener evenly as material passes through the stepped outlet, so the bead you lay down is fully cured rather than streaked with unmixed component.

Fabricators running two-part epoxies, polyurethanes, acrylics, and similar structural adhesives through F-System cartridge guns rely on this mixer to get consistent mix quality shot after shot. The stepped outlet design seats directly against the cartridge nozzle without a separate adapter, which keeps changeovers fast on a production line. Because it is a single-use, disposable mixing element, each new cartridge or refill gets a fresh tip rather than reused mixing elements that can harbor cured material and contaminate the next shot.
Specifying the Xemex F8-8S static mixer correctly
Match the bore size and element count to your adhesive manufacturer’s recommendation before ordering. An 8.7 mm bore with 8 elements suits many general-purpose structural and semi-structural formulations, but higher-viscosity or fast-reacting chemistries sometimes call for a larger bore or additional elements to fully mix before the material exits the tip. If your current mixer is leaving streaks or incomplete cure at the bead surface, that is usually a sign the element count or bore does not match the resin system, not a defect in the mixer itself.
