Description
The Xemex X2-G8-7S Low-Waste Static Mixer is designed for dispensing two-part adhesives using G-system threaded bell cartridges. The threaded connection eliminates the need for a separate retaining nut while providing a secure, leak-free attachment to the cartridge.
Using Xemex’s patented internal mixing geometry, seven mixing elements provide mixing performance comparable to much longer traditional mixers. The compact mixer design helps reduce retained adhesive volume while maintaining consistent mixing performance.
The 8.7 mm internal diameter supports higher material throughput for industrial dispensing applications. A stepped outlet tip allows trimming the nozzle to adjust bead size for controlled adhesive placement.
The mixer is compatible with common industrial adhesive chemistries including epoxies, methacrylates, urethanes, and silicones.
