Description
The Zap-RT rubber toughened CA is a thick, flexible cyanoacrylate built for jobs where a standard instant glue would crack under stress or vibration. It ships with the patented No-Drip Tip for clean, controlled application, and the clear formula sets to a strong, slightly flexible bond that holds across wood, plastic, composites, rubber, and more.
What makes the Zap-RT rubber toughened CA different
Rubber toughening adds impact and peel strength that ordinary thin CAs lack, so bonds survive drops, flexing, and high-vibration service. Hobbyists know it as one of the best R/C tire glues available, and the clear chemistry will not mar chrome wheel rims. The medium-thick viscosity gives you a moment to position parts before the bond grabs.

Tips for a clean bond
Cyanoacrylates work best on close-fitting joints, so dry-fit your parts first and keep gaps tight. A light, even film cures faster and stronger than a heavy puddle. The No-Drip Tip helps you place a controlled bead exactly where you want it, with less waste and fewer messes on the bench. Cap the bottle promptly after each use and store it in a cool, dry place to protect the remaining glue. For very large gaps or porous materials, a thicker grade or a paired accelerator will give you a faster, fuller bond.
