The steps to use Rodmaster 6600 are extremely simple:
- Remove cap and load cartridge into application gun (VR400XSP Gun compatible)
- Level the cartridge until resin and hardener dispense simultaneously, then apply and purge the mixing nozzle (MFQ-08-24T nozzle compatible)
- Clean rod slot with isopropyl alcohol and air-blast dry before application
- Dispense Rodmaster adhesive into rod slot
- Insert fiberglass rod into slot and push to bottom of slot
- Encapsulate rod with Rodmaster adhesive
- Scrape excess adhesive from surface and allow 30-40 minutes to reach full handling strength
Once the adhesive has reached handling strength, it’s ready to be put to the test! The secure, yet flexible holding capacity of the Rodmaster 6600 pairs brilliantly with the strength and durability of the composite rod encapsulated in the adhesive. Combined, these additions give natural stone the ability to support multiple times the amount of weight without cracking or breaking.
