2017 has certainly been a year full of new and exciting opportunities for Chemical Concepts.  And we owe many people many thanks for making that happen. It is truly a privilege for us to serve such an amazing array of customers, while being proud of having such an amazing team. Since Thanksgiving is usually much more about the “intangible” things rather than the material, let’s take a moment to acknowledge some of the wonderful opportunities that make us very thankful each day.

The Opportunity to Solve Problems
As you know, Chemical Concepts is a business to business distributor of adhesives, silicone, specialty chemicals, fasteners, countertop installation materials, and much more. It might be easy to think that these types of services may not be considered terribly “sexy” in the marketing driven world in which we live. But here are some of the things that we observe:

•   Our products help companies deal with practical problems that help them to gain excellent reputations and grow.
•   Our products help to keep people safe on the job.
•   Our products help to create a more sustainable environment.
•   Our products help to fashion beautiful home and work spaces that make people feel comfortable.
•   Our products help to prolong the life of expensive investments.

With the thousands of products that we carry, this list could go on and on. But knowing that what we offer helps to improve the lives of others makes us proud to serve.

The Opportunity to Work with Excellent People and Excellent Companies

It’s always inspiring to be around people who are dedicated to improvement and excellence. We’re thankful x 3 to have that:

The Opportunity to Innovate

In the many industries that we serve, there’s always a need to figure out how to solve the next problem. And our team at Chemical Concepts is in the privileged position to be on the front lines of innovation – coming up with just the right answer to deal with the problems that our customers face. Let’s just say it’s never boring here…. there is a never-ending stream of innovation and ideas meant to address the issues that cause sticking points for our customers. And with that type of innovation, our already high standards get pushed even higher with each opportunity. Not every place is like that, so we’re thankful that that’s the type of everyday environment that we get to work in.

The Opportunity to Serve
Our customers are amazing. It’s true!  We’re thrilled with the fact that our customers generally do “stick with us”.  And we work to maintain those excellent long-term relationships. Plus, it’s always very special for us to celebrate their success stories with them. It’s truly our privilege and pleasure to serve every customer, every day.
