The Techcon 700 Series 3 cc natural barrel kit pairs a 3cc syringe barrel kit with white wiper pistons for controlled fluid dispensing on production benches, repair stations, and electronics assembly lines. The barrels and pistons are packaged together without the pistons inserted, giving operators the flexibility to fill first and seat the piston after material is loaded. Techcon specifies a 100 psi (6.9 bar) maximum operating pressure for the 700 Series barrel line.

This natural 3 cc format works well for general adhesives, sealants, coatings, oils, and potting compounds where visible fill level matters and full light blocking is not required. The small barrel size supports detail work, short beads, dot placement, and low-volume material trials. White wiper pistons fit tightly against the barrel wall to seal low-viscosity fluids and help reduce leakage past the piston during dispense. That wiping action also clears more material from the wall, which matters when a material is expensive or when consistent shot size is more important than the lowest possible dispense pressure. Keep nearby static mixers, a mixing nozzle, or a 2 part mixing nozzle separate from the Luer lock syringe workflow so cartridge and barrel accessories do not get mixed during setup.
