This Techcon TE7 series dispensing needle pairs a precision-bent 90 degree stainless steel cannula with a double-helix polypropylene hub that locks onto standard syringe barrel threads. Each needle in the pack is electro-polished and burr-free inside the bore, keeping material flow unobstructed as it exits the tip at a full right angle to the barrel.
Where This Dispensing Needle Fits
The 90 degree bend lets the operator hold the syringe barrel upright while directing fluid sideways into a joint, edge, or vertical seam, which a straight or 45 degree tip cannot reach without tilting the whole assembly. Assemblers reach for this bend for side-wall bonding, gasket beading, and dispensing into shallow trays and channels where barrel clearance above the work is limited.
How the Dispensing Needle Performs
The 23 gauge bore measures 0.013 in ID, sized for moderate-viscosity adhesives, conformal coatings, and thermal compounds needing a controlled bead. Silicone-free and chloride-free construction keeps the tip compatible with sensitive electronic assembly work. Maximum operating pressure is 100 psi (6.9 bar) at the hub connection, and the polypropylene hub seats securely on a standard barrel without tools. Keeping both the 45 and 90 degree versions on the bench lets an operator match tip geometry to joint access without repositioning the whole syringe barrel between parts.
