Description
The Techcon TS1400 O-ring is one of the dispensing valve parts built for fluids that attack standard nitrile seals. This 3/16 in ID by 1/16 in cross section ring is molded from EPR (ethylene propylene rubber) and sized to match Techcon’s spool, needle, and spray valve bodies on the TS1400 platform. Each pack holds 10 rings, enough to rebuild two or three valves or keep a running set of spares on hand so fluid-attacked seals get swapped before a valve starts to weep.
Where These Dispensing Valve Parts Are Used
- Techcon TS1400 series precision dispensing valves dispensing polar solvents, ketones, and some cyanoacrylate primers
- Bench and inline systems where the fluid chemistry would swell or degrade a standard Buna seal
- Electronics assembly lines running solvent-cut coatings and specialty fluxes
- Any TS1400 valve rebuild where chemical compatibility, not just pressure rating, drives the seal choice
Dispensing Valve Parts Specifications
- Material: EPR (ethylene propylene rubber), black
- Size: 3/16 in ID x 1/16 in cross section
- Fits spool, needle, and spray valve bodies in the Techcon TS1400 line
- Pack size: 10 O-rings per bag
- Country of origin: USA
EPR resists a broader range of solvents and polar fluids than Buna, which makes it the safer default any time the dispensed material’s data sheet flags nitrile incompatibility. If the application runs standard silicone, grease, or general purpose adhesive, the Buna version of this same O-ring costs less and performs just as well. Order from our dispensing valve parts and accessories category to match this seal to the rest of a valve rebuild kit.
