Description
Insulcast RTVS 3-95-2 is a two-component, thermally conductive RTV silicone potting compound for electronics that run hot and need protection from moisture, shock, and vibration. It pours or pumps around an assembly and cures to a tough elastomeric mass that pulls heat away from the components while sealing them from the field environment.

Surface Prep and Use
Mix Part A and Part B at 1:1 by weight. Pour or pump the mixed compound around the assembly and degas under vacuum for a void-free pot in critical parts. Cure 24 hr at 25C, 3 hr at 65C, or 15 min at 125C. Pot life at 25C is about 1.5 hr, so mix only what you can place in that window.
