JEP

JEP-Solutions makes industrial emulsifying degreasers and cleaners for hard surfaces, oily soils, baked-on grease and fats, and rubber wheel marks. The line was originally launched in 1998, paused after the 2008 downturn, and returned to the market under new ownership with primary manufacturing in Chicago, Illinois and additional capacity in Oklahoma, California, Tennessee, and Alberta, Canada.

The hero product is JEP 14, a patented emulsifying degreaser that lifts oily soils without solvents or caustics, carries USDA and NSF A-1 ratings for use in and around food-processing equipment, and is Boeing BSS7432 qualified for airplane maintenance materials (exterior and general cleaners). The line also includes JEP 5, a heavy-duty butyl degreaser for thick, baked-on grease and industrial oils. JEP 1, one of the strongest non-butyl heavy-duty degreasers on the market. JEP 25, a remover for rubber and polyurethane wheel marks on warehouse and retail floors. Container sizes run from 1-gallon jugs through 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, and 275-gallon totes.

JEP-Solutions is headquartered in Chula, Georgia. The line is GSA approved and is in use at Collins Aerospace, Baker Hughes, DXP Enterprises, and U.S. Air Force facilities including Tinker AFB.

Chemical Concepts stocks JEP for industrial, aerospace, food-processing, and federal customers, with technical help on dilution rates, application equipment (auto-scrubbers, pressure washers, mop and bucket), and container sizing.
