Description

JEP 14 is a heavy-duty emulsifying degreaser for industrial floors, oily soils, baked-on grease, and food-processing equipment. The patented formulation lifts and suspends oily soil without solvents or caustics, then rinses away cleanly. USDA and NSF A-1 rated for use in and around food-processing equipment. Boeing BSS7432 qualified for airplane maintenance materials (exterior and general cleaners). Built-in corrosion inhibitors prevent flash rusting and keep auto-scrubbers and process equipment safe.

Use and Dilution

Apply directly to soiled surface and agitate with brush, auto-scrubber, or pressure washer. Dilute up to 1:20 with water for routine cleaning, full strength for heavy or baked-on soils. After cleaning food-contact-adjacent surfaces, rinse with potable water. For floor work with auto-scrubbers, use grit-type brushes on unfinished concrete and double-scrub heavily soiled areas.
