One of our largest LORD product sellers is the LORD Signlok 406 two-component adhesive. This revolutionary adhesive uses glass bead technology to form strong, non-sag bonds that can replace welding, brazing, and riveting bonding techniques. Signlok 406 is environmentally resistant for indoor or outdoor use with excellent UV resistance and can withstand temperatures from -40˚F to 300˚F.

Precise bondline control is a hugely popular feature of Signlok 406. Thanks to the introduction of glass bead technology, bondlines are consistent and immensely strong. Inconsistent bondlines have been a problem in the construction industry since adhesives burst onto the scene, and LORD is making advances to solve these problems and create permanent, innovative solutions.

Another of LORD’s biggest sellers is their 7545 A/C Urethane Adhesive   , which is a two-component adhesive ideal for bonding plastics, FMP, and SMC with little to no surface preparation. Because every project is different, 7545 A/C is available with a variety of working times to accommodate any range of surfaces.

A huge benefit of the 7545 A/C adhesive is the environmental sustainability.
