Description

The Cox A380HP gun drives two-part adhesive out of 380 ml coaxial cartridges with regulated shop air, and it keeps pushing when the material is cold or thick. This is the high pressure version of the Cox 380 ml pneumatic platform, configured here for the 4:1 ratio cartridge format. A trigger-actuated air valve and a built-in adjustable regulator meter flow precisely from the first pull.

Where the Cox A380HP Gun Fits

Coaxial 380 ml cartridges carry two-component epoxies, methacrylates, and urethane adhesives with the hardener cylinder nested inside the resin cylinder. The A380HP dispenses these through a static mixing nozzle at the cartridge nose. Fabricators, marine and transportation repair shops, and assembly lines run this format for structural bonding jobs that outgrow 50 ml hand cartridges. The 4:1 plunger set matches cartridges with a 4:1 resin to hardener volume ratio, a common format for methacrylate structural adhesives.

Cox A380HP Gun Air Control

Shop air enters through a standard fitting at the handle, up to 100 psi maximum input. The regulator dials delivery pressure to match material viscosity, and the trigger valve starts and stops flow cleanly to limit drool between beads. High pressure internals hold up under the constant load of heavy-bodied adhesives, the point where lighter-duty guns stall or creep. An inline filter on the supply line keeps moisture and oil out of the valve internals and extends service life between rebuilds.
