Keep-Nut® Press-In Anchors

Keep-Nut® Press-In Anchors

High-strength, epoxy-free threaded inserts for stone, porcelain, solid surface, and more

Keep-Nut® inserts provide a fast, epoxy-free anchoring solution for natural stone, porcelain, solid surface, UHPC, and composite panels. These patented stainless steel anchors install flush and hold strong for undermount sinks, ventilated facades, interior panels, furniture, and other demanding applications.

No undercut drilling and no special anchoring rigs or proprietary tooling required. Drill a standard cylindrical hole with common CNC or hand drilling equipment.

Quick overview and use cases.

Shop Keep-Nut by Thread Size

Pick your thread size first. Then choose the embedment depth for your substrate.

Tip: Match the bolt or screw first, then select the insert model by embedment depth.

Selection Guide

Choose the insert by embedment depth and load class. The millimeter values refer to depth, not hole diameter.

Load Classes

  • IM1S 5.5 mm: Light duty, thin materials
  • IM2S 6.5 mm: Medium duty, most common starting point
  • IM4S 8.5 mm: Heavy duty, higher loads and thicker materials
  • IM4S 15.5 mm: Structural, highest loads and demanding installs

Common Starting Points

  • Porcelain and sintered stone: IM2S 6.5 mm or IM4S 8.5 mm
  • Granite over 2 cm: IM4S 8.5 mm
  • HPL and lighter panels: IM1S 5.5 mm or IM2S 6.5 mm
  • High-load or structural: IM4S 15.5 mm

KDM115 Manual Drilling

Manual drilling workflow and proper seating.

Installation matters: Performance depends heavily on hole diameter, depth, surface condition, and technique. Use the proper tooling and gauge for consistent results.

Performance by Material (Design Guidance)

P/S = Pull (tensile) / Shear load per anchor. Values shown are general design guidance based on ASTM C1354 testing and internal performance data. Always apply safety factors and confirm through project-specific testing when required.
