KEEP-NUT™ Press-In Self-Anchoring Inserts (M6 Metric Thread)

KEEP-NUT™ by Specialinsert® is a revolutionary press-in anchor insert designed for permanent, high-strength fastening in exceptionally thin and hard surfaces. It is the industry standard for undermount sink installations, ventilated facades, architectural cladding, and modern furniture assembly.

Manufactured from durable stainless steel, the insert features a threaded bushing, elastic crowns, and a plastic retention ring. This compact design delivers extreme pull-out strength in materials like granite, marble, quartz, solid surface, HPL, glass, and fiber cement—all without the need for messy resins or adhesives.

4-Step No-Glue Installation

  1. Drill: Mill a 12mm cylindrical blind hole to the exact specified depth using a CNC or hand router.
  2. Verify: Clear the hole of all dust. Use a go/no-go gauge to ensure perfect dimensions.
  3. Insert: Press the KEEP-NUT™ insert into the hole until it sits completely flush.
  4. Fasten: Thread your M6 bolt. Tensile load expands the crowns, biting into the material wall.
