Description
The TS1100 spreader nozzle lays a full 1 inch flat ribbon of adhesive or sealant in a single pass, the widest in the flat-tip line for covering broad surfaces fast. Material flows through a 1/8 inch orifice for a heavier film, and the 1/4 inch NPT thread mounts to standard cartridges, manual guns, and sealant cartridge adapters.
Where the TS1100 Spreader Nozzle Fits
Use it for laminating, large panel bonding, and surface coating where a 1 inch ribbon clears the work in fewer strokes. The 4.4 inch length reaches across wide panels, and the flat tip keeps the film even from edge to edge. On large laminations the single 1 inch pass cuts the number of strokes roughly in half against a 1/2 inch tip, which matters on lines coating panels back to back. The natural polypropylene body stays non-reactive with most one-part and two-part adhesives, silicones, and sealants.

Molded from natural high-density polypropylene, the nozzle handles dispensing pressure up to 100 psi. The 1 inch by 1/8 inch opening sets a consistent wide ribbon, and the low cost means the nozzle works as a consumable that gets replaced once product cures inside the tip. Threading on the 1/4 inch NPT fitting takes seconds, so changing a fouled tip does not stall the run.
