Description

The Techcon 10cc natural syringe barrel kit pairs 700 Series polypropylene barrels with loose white wiper pistons for controlled dispensing of adhesives, sealants, greases, pastes, and coatings. The barrels are natural translucent polypropylene so operators can see fill level and trapped air during setup. The white wiper piston is packed separately, which lets a technician fill the barrel first, then insert the piston when the material is ready for bench or pressure dispensing.

Fill from the large end, keep the luer outlet capped until the dispensing tip is installed, and avoid scraping the inside wall with metal tools. Seat the piston squarely so pressure spreads across the material instead of pushing down one side. After filling, store filled barrels upright when the material allows it and cap both ends to reduce contamination.
