Description
The Techcon 1201PE dispensing tube at 0.07 inch ID is dispensing valve parts for the TS1201 pinch tube pen, sized for finer bead control than the standard 0.1 inch tube. Each pack holds ten natural PE tubes with a male to female connection, ready to install on the pen without added fittings.
Where dispensing valve parts control fine bead size
Bead width on a pinch tube pen is set by tube ID, trigger travel, and tip selection together. Dropping to a 0.07 inch ID tube restricts flow further upstream of the tip, which helps hold a finer, more consistent bead on small dot and thin line work with cyanoacrylate and low viscosity two part fluids. Because the tube is the only wetted part in the TS1201 pen, this ID change is a tube swap, not a pen rebuild.
The natural color suits fluids that do not require UV blocking, letting the operator see material flow through the line during setup.
How dispensing valve parts scale by bore size
Techcon offers this tube family at 0.07 inch, 0.1 inch, and larger PU bores so the same TS1201 pen can be retooled for different bead sizes by changing the tube rather than the equipment. It differs from a disposable mixing nozzle, 2 part mixing nozzle, or jb weld mixing nozzle. Those blend two components at the outlet, while this tube only meters single component or pre-mixed fluid to the tip.
