Description

The Techcon 1201PU dispensing tube is dispensing valve parts for the TS1201 pinch tube pen, built in polyurethane instead of the standard polyethylene for fluids that need a tougher, more chemical resistant wetted path. Each pack holds ten natural tubes at 0.125 inch ID with a male to female connection.

Where dispensing valve parts need polyurethane resistance

Standard PE tubes handle most cyanoacrylate and two part adhesive work, but some solvents and aggressive fluids swell or degrade polyethylene faster than it can be replaced economically. Polyurethane holds up better against a wider range of chemistries and abrasion from filled or higher viscosity materials, which extends tube life on demanding fluids without changing the TS1201 pen itself.

At 0.125 inch ID, this tube also runs a larger bore than the standard 0.1 inch PE tube, suited to higher viscosity fluids or higher flow rate work where the smaller bore would restrict output too much.
