Description

The Techcon 400 Series plunger seats inside a 6cc syringe barrel and drives fluid out through the tip as an operator advances it by hand or with an air powered dispenser. Sized to the 400 Series 6cc bore, the plunger seals against the barrel wall through the full stroke so material moves forward evenly instead of blowing past the seal or binding partway through the cycle, which keeps bead volume consistent shot to shot on a production line. A snug, even seal also cuts down on trapped air pockets that can otherwise cause skips or gaps partway through a dispensed bead.
