The Techcon 700 Series 3cc receiver head assembly comes pre-built with a 6-foot hose and quick connector, delivering regulated air from your dispensing valve controller straight to a 3cc syringe barrel without a separate hose-fitting step on the bench.

Where This Dispensing Valve Assembly Gets Used

Production lines running Techcon TS700 barrels use this assembly to connect a fresh 3cc barrel to the controller in one motion. The longer 6-foot hose reaches stations set farther back from the controller than the standard 3-foot version allows, which matters on benches where the controller sits on a shelf or cart away from the operator, or where two dispensing stations share one controller on a rotating basis. Electronics assembly, potting, and light-adhesive dispensing lines are the most common users, since they tend to reposition equipment between jobs and need slack in the air line to do it without disconnecting anything.

How This Dispensing Valve Assembly Holds Up

The receiver head body is Delrin with a fitted Viton o-ring, rated to 100 psi (6.9 bar), the same seal and pressure rating as the bare receiver head and the shorter 3-foot hose version. The 6-foot hose and male quick connector are sized to snap into a standard Techcon dispensing valve controller without adapters. An in-line fluid filter (Techcon 881-000-000) is available as an add-on for setups where a dropped or inverted barrel risks pulling fluid back into the air line, worth adding on any station running an expensive or hard-to-clean adhesive.
