The Chem-Set bottle kit is a 1 oz dispensing setup built for cyanoacrylate adhesives, one-part sealants, and other low to medium viscosity industrial chemistries. Each bag ships with ten 1 oz Luer Lock bottles and ten 22 gauge by 1-1/4 inch taper tip needles.
What is in the Chem-Set bottle kit
Ten polyethylene bottles with Luer Lock caps and ten taper tip dispense needles. The Luer Lock format is the industrial standard for adhesive bottles and lets the same bottle accept different needle gauges as the work changes. The 22 gauge taper tip is right in the middle of the typical CA, primer, and accelerator range, fine enough for spot bonding and large enough that thicker grades still flow.
Why decant a 1 lb bottle into the Chem-Set bottle kit
CA5, CA100, CA2400, and similar 1 lb bulk cyanoacrylate bottles are sized for shop consumption and stability, not for handheld dispensing. Decanting a few ounces at a time into smaller bottles keeps the working supply close to the bench, limits moisture exposure on the bulk container, and lets multiple operators run from one bulk purchase without passing the same bottle around.
