Description
The Techcon 700 Series 3cc receiver head is the connecting link between your dispensing valve or controller and the syringe barrel. It seats the 3cc barrel and carries regulated air to the piston, so the same benchtop dispenser can drive a fresh barrel in seconds. This receiver head version ships without hose, for setups that already have air tubing run to the bench.
How the receiver head connects to your dispensing valve
The head accepts a 700 Series 3cc barrel at the top and delivers metered air pressure behind the piston to push material out through the Luer tip. A fitted Viton o-ring holds the seal against the barrel shoulder, and a male quick connector links the assembly back to the air line from the dispenser. The result is an accident-proof connection between the dispensing valve, the air supply, and the barrel that an operator can swap without tools. Assemblies with 3 ft or 6 ft of tubing are available when a hose is needed; this part covers the head itself.
Because the head is rated to the same 100 psi (6.9 bar) ceiling as the 700 Series barrels, it holds up to time-pressure dispensing of adhesives, greases, and solder pastes without blowing by the seal. Keeping a spare head on the bench means a worn o-ring or damaged connector never stops a run.
