Description
This 90 degree polypropylene fitting connects a 1/4 inch female NPT port to a 1/4 inch male NPT line at a right angle, letting an air supply run turn a corner without kinking flexible tubing or forcing a tight bend. It is one of the dispenser parts that makes routing air lines around a crowded dispensing cell or through a tight enclosure far easier than running straight fittings alone and improvising an awkward bend in rigid tubing by hand.

Dispenser Parts for Tight Routing
Polypropylene construction keeps this fitting lightweight, corrosion free, and chemically resistant to the solvents and cleaners common around a dispensing cell, while the 90 degree turn eliminates the sharp bend a straight fitting would otherwise force on flexible air line tubing. That lower stress on the tubing means fewer kinked lines and fewer unplanned pressure drops from a pinched hose, which otherwise shows up as inconsistent dispensing mid-shift. Facilities with dense equipment layouts often standardize on 90 degree fittings for this reason alone.
Where This Part Fits in a Dispensing Setup
This fitting works with the same 1/4 inch NPT ports used across Techcon pneumatic dispensing valves, regulators, gauges, and hex nipples in CC’s dispensers, mixers, and nozzles line, and is a simple way to reroute an air line around a crowded workstation without a full retrofit or a rebuilt bench layout.
Full specifications on the Techcon pneumatic dispensing line are available from Techcon. Chemical Concepts stocks this and other dispenser parts for pneumatic dispensing air supply lines, alongside the regulators, gauges, and valves used on the same equipment.
