Albion 935-1 Extended Angle Nozzle, 7 in. for 1/10 Gallon Cartridges

Description

The Albion 935-1 angle nozzle is a 7 inch extended-tip nozzle for standard 1/10 gallon and quart sealant cartridges, designed for jobs where the cartridge gun cannot reach the joint head-on. A 4.5 inch straight base turns 45 degrees and extends another 2.5 inches, putting the bead exactly where you need it inside channel letters, sign returns, fixture interiors, and inside-corner joints.

Where the Albion 935-1 angle nozzle earns its keep

Sign fabricators use this nozzle for sealing the back face of channel letters and routed sign returns where a straight tip cannot clear the rim. Maintenance crews use it for caulking under counters, behind fixtures, and inside drains where straight dispensing would leak or smear the bead. The 45 degree turn at the midpoint also lets installers run a clean fillet bead along a wall-to-floor or wall-to-ceiling intersection without rotating the cartridge gun.

How the Albion 935-1 angle nozzle pairs with your cartridge

The base diameter fits the top opening of most 1/10 gallon cartridges and quart cartridges, threading or press-fitting in place of the factory nozzle. For higher-flow work, it nests inside an Albion #235-5 Orange cone nozzle to step up the bead diameter while keeping the angled tip. Cut the nozzle tip to the bead width you need, mount it on the cartridge, and dispense as normal.
