Description
The Techcon air regulator sets the working air pressure feeding a TS series benchtop dispenser across a 0 to 100 psi (0 to 6.9 bar) range. Shot size at the tip tracks directly with supply pressure, so a stable regulator setting is what keeps deposit volume consistent from the first part to the last.
Where the Techcon air regulator fits
- Replacement or spare for TS series timed and digital benchtop dispensers.
- Production cells that dial in a fixed pressure for a repeatable bead or dot.
- Lines that switch fluids or tips and need to reset pressure cleanly.
Turning the regulator up raises deposit volume and speed, turning it down trims it for fine work. Set the pressure, lock the timer, and the dispenser repeats the same shot every cycle.
How the Techcon air regulator performs
- Adjustable across the full 0 to 100 psi working range of the dispenser.
- Direct replacement part for the TS series air path.
- Pairs with the matching pressure gauge for a clear pressure readout.
On a benchtop dispenser the regulator, the gauge, and the timer work as one control set. The regulator meters the pressure, the gauge reports it, and the timer fixes how long that pressure reaches the syringe. Swap a worn or drifting regulator and the whole shot returns to a known baseline instead of creeping across a shift. A spare on the shelf means a failed regulator never idles the line.
Keep clean, dry shop air on the inlet to protect the regulator and the valve seat downstream, and drain the line trap on a regular schedule so moisture never reaches the air path.
