The Albion 846-1E cartridge gun is an 18V cordless drive for 10 oz (300 mL) adhesive and sealant cartridges. It delivers up to 950 lbf of thrust and 300 psi, helping operators dispense high-viscosity material with less hand fatigue than a manual applicator.

Confirm cartridge size, outlet geometry, and material viscosity before loading the tool. Seat the cartridge squarely, install the specified nozzle or mixer, and begin at a low speed until flow is stable. At top speed, the manufacturer currently rates the tool to dispense a full cartridge in about 35 seconds. A variable-speed trigger and top-mounted flow dial help match output to material viscosity. Auto reverse briefly backs the plunger off when the trigger is released to reduce ooze and stringing. The carriage swivels for awkward angles, and the included 18V lithium-ion battery works with a 30-minute fast charger.
