Description
The Albion B12B30HJ caulk gun is a manual combination dispenser for 30 oz bulk material, 20 oz sausage packs, and standard 10 oz cartridges. Its included piston and conversion hardware let crews use one B-Line tool across three common packaging formats.
Package Conversion And Nozzle Fit
The Hytrel plastic piston cup dispenses compatible solvent-based or water-based bulk caulk and 20 oz sausage packs. For a 10 oz cartridge, remove the piston assembly and install the included cartridge ejector. The tool also works with Albion bulk and sausage accessories, including the separately sold Spot-Pro extension nozzle for applying sealant over exposed fastener heads on metal roofing and siding.

The rotating handle helps orient the nozzle while following seams, corners, and rows of fasteners. Before loading, select the correct piston or ejector, check that the front cap is secure, and trim the cone nozzle to suit the required bead. Keep the barrel, piston, and cap threads free of cured sealant so package changes remain direct and the drive can apply force evenly.
For crews that alternate between bulk and packaged sealant, keep the removed piston or ejector in a labeled container with the front caps. Inspect the plastic piston cup before loading a sausage pack or bulk material. A damaged cup can allow material past the piston and make cleanup harder.
