Description
This dispensing valve support gun is an Albion 1500 Series manual B-Line applicator for large two-component side-by-side cartridges. It is configured for 750 x 75 mL packages at 10:1 and includes parts for conversion to 600 x 300 mL packages at 2:1, letting one durable frame cover two common bulk-cartridge formats.
Dispensing Valve Fit and Cartridge Compatibility
Cartridge volume and mix ratio must both match the installed push hardware. In the 10:1 arrangement, the tool accepts the 750 x 75 mL format. After conversion with the supplied parts, it supports 600 x 300 mL cartridges at 2:1. The holder also accepts the ITW Ramset Red Head A7 28 oz twin cartridge. Confirm outlet style and select the required mixing nozzle separately, since the gun drives the package but does not determine the cartridge outlet or mixer connection.
Dispensing Valve Drive and Handling
The manual drive uses a 26:1 mechanical ratio with 900 lbf of maximum thrust. Double gripping plates, a steel trigger, and an adjustment screw are built for repeated use. The adjustment allows lost motion to be reduced as the drive wears, while the full-size handle gives the operator room to apply steady trigger force with thicker acrylic and epoxy materials. Cartridges snap into the holder for a secure fit during dispensing.
