Albion 1144-1 Rechargeable LED Flashlight for Picatinny Rails

Description

The Albion 1144-1 LED flashlight adds focused jobsite illumination to compatible dispensing tools and accessories with Picatinny rails. Its quick-disconnect mount slides onto the rail and locks without tools, making it easy to add light near the cartridge, sausage pack, nozzle, or joint. The lamp produces 80 lumens and is designed for precision caulking, sealing, and adhesive work in dim mechanical rooms, corners, cabinets, crawl spaces, and evening conditions.

Compatible Albion Tools and Rails

The flashlight mounts directly to the rails on Albion B12S20(SPE) 20 oz sausage guns and B12(SPE) 10 oz cartridge guns. It also works with the 873-166 front cap with Picatinny rail and compatible 1147 clip-on rail accessories. Confirm that the tool has a suitable rail and that the mounted light will not interfere with the trigger, plunger, barrel, nozzle, or operator grip.

Battery and Field Use

The removable rechargeable battery supports up to eight hours of continuous use. A USB-C charger is included, and a spare charged battery can be exchanged for longer shifts. Aim the light at the joint before dispensing, then verify that the mount is fully engaged. Keep the lens clean so sealant, adhesive, dust, and jobsite debris do not reduce output. Remove the light before cleaning the applicator with liquids that are not suitable for the flashlight housing. Store the light and charger where the rail surfaces and electrical contacts remain clean and dry between jobs.
