Description

The Binks 565 fluid needle is a replacement fluid-control component for Binks 2001 and 2100 conventional spray guns. Part 47-56500 pairs with the 66SS nozzle, which has a nominal 0.070 inch (1.8 mm) fluid orifice. The matched needle and nozzle regulate material flow as the trigger opens and closes. Replacing a worn or damaged needle helps restore consistent shutoff, predictable fluid delivery, and a repeatable spray pattern.
