Description

The Bonstone long nozzle is a disposable 190-620 static mixer that blends two-part adhesives as they pass through twenty internal mixing sections. The bayonet base locks onto standard 50 mL cartridges, and the slip luer tip places a controlled bead. It is the dispensing tip Bonstone specifies for Express II Flowing epoxy, and it suits any 1:1 or 2:1 cartridge that uses a bayonet fitment.

Where the Bonstone long nozzle works

Reach for it on seaming, rodding, and laminating jobs where the resin and hardener have to leave the tube already blended. The tight element fit eliminates bypass, so epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates exit fully mixed. The extra length helps when working into edges, drilled holes, and tight joints on stone, carbon fiber, gasketing, potting, and concrete repair.

At roughly 148.6 mm long, the body holds twenty helical sections that fold both streams evenly across the full pass. The plastic housing dispenses cleanly and discards after the working time ends, so a fresh nozzle on the next cartridge keeps the mix uncontaminated. Staging spares prevents a half-cured tube from stalling a run. Because the nozzle threads on and off in seconds, an operator can change tips between cartridges without stopping the line, and the long reach keeps fingers clear of fresh adhesive while placing a deep bead.
