The Complete System: Tile Ace PR + Tile Ace UHT
Tile Ace UHT is the ultimate follow-up step to shop fabrication. By combining these two products, installers can execute a complete, trowel-free wall mounting system that saves hours of labor.
- Step 1 (In the Shop): Use Tile Ace PR to quickly laminate honeycomb or foam core reinforcement boards to the back of fragile, large-format porcelain slabs.
- Step 2 (On the Jobsite): Transport the stiffened composite panel to the job site. Apply Tile Ace UHT in beads directly to the backer board.
- Step 3 (Installation): Press the panel directly to the wall. The UHT provides instant grab, allowing you to walk away without rigging mechanical bracing.
Note: Spot or bead bonding should only be used on composite/reinforced porcelain tile systems, not un-reinforced thin slabs.
