Advanced MS Polymer Technology The Future of Large-Format InstallationTile Ace™ MAX represents the next generation of tile installation. By replacing rigid, messy thinsets with an advanced, elastomeric MS Polymer chemistry, installers can achieve a stronger, more durable hold with a fraction of the labor. It is purpose-built for interior and exterior wall and ceiling applications, delivering immediate green strength and a high-tack grab that holds heavy slabs and shower accessories in place without slipping. |

Massive Green Strength: ~8 lbs. per sq. ft. Instant Grab
Tile Ace MAX is a strong differentiator against epoxies and traditional thinsets because of its incredible immediate hold strength. For many vertical applications, you can completely eliminate complex clamping and extended bracing. Just do the math on your panel:
The Field Calculation Example:
- Take a standard 4′ x 8′ porcelain panel (32 sq. ft.) weighing 160 lbs.
- 160 lbs ÷ 32 sq. ft. = 5 lbs. per sq. ft. load.
- Because the load (5 lbs) is well below the adhesive’s instant grab capacity (8 lbs), Tile Ace MAX supports the panel immediately.
Best Practice: Because many wall panels rest on a base channel or sill (shifting the weight from shear load to peel resistance), immediate hold is highly reliable. However, for extremely large slabs, less-than-ideal porous surfaces, or colder temperatures, a conservative 1 hour of light temporary bracing is recommended. Full coverage and proper wet-out are required.
Unmatched Substrate Versatility
Because Tile Ace MAX utilizes Kaneka MS Polymer® chemistry, it bonds aggressively to specialty substrates that traditional cementitious thinsets cannot handle.
