Application Guidance
Surfaces should be clean and free of dust, dirt and grease. Spray from about 6–10 in. (150–250 mm) and apply a consistent coating, targeting 80–100% coverage and at least 2.5–3.0 dry g/sq. ft. Porous surfaces may require two coats. Allow the adhesive to dry before assembly, then apply 40–60 PLI with a nip roller or suitable J-roller. Full bond strength is reached in approximately 24–48 hours depending on temperature and humidity. Do not use with plasticized vinyl, flexible plastics, expanded/extruded polystyrene, polyethylene or polypropylene, and avoid copper/aluminum application components and copper-alloy substrates.
