CHT QSil Primer #3 Slight Yellow Silicone Primer is an adhesion primer for silicone elastomers on prepared non-porous surfaces. The one-component liquid is carried in odorless mineral spirits and is used before condensation-cure or addition-cure silicone materials are applied.
