30L40 counter film is a clear temporary protection film for countertops, stone slabs, tile, and finished surfaces during fabrication, storage, transport, installation, renovation, and moving. The 36 inch by 100 foot roll uses a 2.5 mil film with medium tack adhesive for clean handling on smooth and semi-smooth surfaces.

Surface Preparation And Use

Apply to a clean, dry surface at normal room temperature. Wipe grit and fabrication dust away first because trapped debris can scratch the surface under pressure. Start at one edge, roll out the film evenly, and press it down with a soft squeegee or clean hand pressure.

Remove the film by pulling it back from the edge at a low angle. Do not leave temporary film on hot, wet, rough, or freshly coated surfaces without testing first. Heat, sun exposure, and long dwell time can change removal behavior.
